9 Account Termination and Data Retention

Either party may terminate the service agreement with appropriate notice as specified in individual contracts. Upon termination, users have 30 days to retrieve their data before permanent deletion from our systems.

We may suspend or terminate accounts immediately for violations of these terms, illegal activities, or security threats to our systems or other users. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to provide data retrieval opportunities when legally permissible.

10 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by Taiwan law and regulations. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in Taiwan, with proceedings conducted in English or Mandarin Chinese as mutually agreed.
